Q: What is the (BAS) Applied Management Degree?

The BAS degree in Applied Management builds on your existing AAS, AAS-T, AA or AS degree by adding the junior and senior years to complete a bachelor’s degree. The BAS degree offered by Peninsula College has been developed to meet the employment needs of the Olympic Peninsula and will provide you with the skill set needed to move into management and/or supervisory positions as opportunities for promotions arise or new positions become available.

Q: When can I apply?

Application for the 2008-2009 entering class is currently open. Application packets will be available by October 1st each fall. These materials may be picked up at Enrollment Services (Bldg. D) on the Port Angeles campus, at the Port Townsend and Forks Centers, or downloaded from this Web site.

Q: When will the BAS Degree program be available?

The first class of BAS students will enter the program in September 2007.

Q: How many students will be accepted?

Peninsula College anticipates enrolling a maximum of 40 students the first year.

Q: When and where will the classes be offered?

Classes will be held on weekday evenings in order to meet the needs of working adults. There may be an occasional weekend class or activity. Classes will meet on the Peninsula College main campus located in Port Angeles.

Q: Will I be able to get Financial Aid?

Financial aid is available for those who qualify. Instructions and deadlines for applying for financial aid at Peninsula College for the 2007-2008 year are posted on the Financial Aid Office Web site at www.pc.ctc.edu/prospective/financialaid/default.asp.
