Aquaculture Training

The mission of the Center for Aquaculture Training is to meet the educational needs of the aquaculture community through traditional and innovative means. Continuing education needs are met through special workshops, online courses, and interactive video conferencing. In addition, hands-on courses in aquaculture and other related topics are offered at the Port Angeles campus of Peninsula College. The Center is part of the Department of Fisheries Technology at Peninsula College which offers an Associate of Applied Science Degree in a comprehensive Fisheries Technology Program.

Department of Fisheries Technology The Department of Fisheries Technology offers a comprehensive, two-year program in fisheries field work, habitat assessment, and aquaculture. Specialized certificate programs also are available.
