Peninsula College's contract training programs provide business and industry opportunities to improve employee performance and safety, build leadership and management skills, and develop a teamwork approach to problem solving and decision-making. Training can be designed for one entity or for several in concert.

Centers of Excellence The Center of Excellence at Peninsula College provides education and training, research, and technical services that solve problems and further economic opportunities for businesses, governments, and communities of the Pacific Northwest.

Challenge Course A unique experience providing leadership, communication, and teambuilding through experimental education.

Customized Training The Leadership and Management Institute provides training for managers and supervisors in government agencies and local businesses.

Entrepreneur Institute Provides timely and relevant entrepreneurial training for a variety of interests and age groups. An array of non-credit classes, workshops, and seminars are offered and designed for both aspiring and existing entrepreneurs.

Performance Institute Peninsula College has entered into a unique contract with the Department of Corrections to provide performance consulting and solutions through the Performance Institute. Outcomes of this partnership include opportunities for correctional staff to earn their Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Correctional Specialist and/or state approved vocational certificates.

Safety Training and Skills The Safety Training and Skills Institute offers certified safety training for local businesses. Instructors are industry certified and teach to OSHA and WISHA standards.
