We are located in Port Angeles, Washington, and serve as a regional resource by offering education, training, consulting, and research services that solve problems and further economic opportunities for businesses, governments, and communities of the Pacific Northwest.

Education
 Academic programs and undergraduate research at Peninsula College and Western Washington University's Huxley College based in Port Angeles, Bremerton / Poulsbo, and Everett.
Research
The Center is involved in wide variety of research projects, from Costa Rica to western Washington, including our NASA Project, the Elwha Project, and work in Emergency Management.
Workforce education, professional development, certificate programs, and specialized training.
