Join popular Thai cook Som Smith, a native of Thailand, to learn the secrets of cooking this country's wonderful cuisine. Som varies her menus, but as you will discover--all are delicious! In this seminar students will get hands-on practice with food prep and cooking. (Vegetarians please call instructor, Som, (360) 565-0151 before the first class.). The following dishes will be prepared: Chicken Satay, Phad Thai and Red Beef Curry.
