Join popular Thai cook Som Smith, a native of Thailand, to learn the secrets of cooking this country's wonderful cuisine. Som varies her menus, but as you will discover--all are delicious! In this seminar students will get hands-on practice with food prep and cooking. (Vegetarians, please call Som at 360.565.0151. before the first class.) The following new recipe dishes will be prepared: Honey Barbequed Pork, Baked Thai Seasoned Chicken (herbs: lemon grass, ginger, cilantro, and more) with sweet chili sauce, and Vietnamese Spring Rolls (all fresh vegetables with Thai Sweet Basil).
