C-H 040 INTRO TO HATHA YOGA
This class builds upon the foundation of Hatha Yoga. This is a class for students with some prior experience in yoga. We will focus on standing in balancing poses, hip openers, gentle back bends, as well as seated forward bends and spinal twists. This class is a perfect follow up to previous Peninsula College yoga classes offered.
