Overdue or Lost Items

When material is overdue two weeks, an overdue notice is sent. Upon receipt of this notice, students have these options:

• Return the overdue material
• Pay replacement charges

If an item remains overdue, a quarterly statement and a copy of the LMC Debt Policy are mailed two weeks before the end of the quarter. Blocks are placed on the LMC account and on the Student Management System (SMS) record. Blocks on student records and registration will remain in effect until the entire debt is paid in full.
