After you have met with the Coordinator for Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) and have been approved for services, you must then request services for each quarter you attend and would like to receive accommodations. You can review the procedure for requesting a Letter of Accommodation (LOA)/ “the Blue Sheet,” by clicking on “Academic Adjustment and picking up your LOA/ “the Blue Sheet.”
