Official Transcript Request


A transcript is a report of grades and credits earned in courses during the quarters a student has been enrolled in the college. An official transcript is signed by the Registrar, with the college seal placed over the signature. A transcript is not released without the written request of the student. A fee of $2.00 is charged for each official transcript. Transcripts will not be released for students who have unpaid college debts.
