How to Find a Work Study Job

  1. If you were awarded work-study, a Work Study Eligibility Form will be mailed with your award letter. Complete the student section of the form.
  2. Review the list of available work-study positions on our website. We will begin to add fall quarter jobs to the website in early August.
  3. Contact the supervisor(s) for the position(s) you are interested in to arrange an interview. Be sure to take your Work Study Eligibility Form to the interviews.
  4. When you find a position, the supervisor will complete the supervisor's section of the Work Study Eligibility Form and return the form to the Financial Aid Office. The Financial Aid Office will then forward a timesheet to your supervisor. The first and last dates you can work each quarter are listed on the Work Study Eligibility Form. However, you cannot begin working until your supervisor has received a timesheet from the Financial Aid Office.
