Emma Janssen

 

Emma Janssen was working full-time in a local restaurant when a PC staff member and friend encouraged her to come back to college and helped her to get started on the road to becoming a Microsoft Certified System Engineer. She also earned her AAS in IT—System Administration and today is an Information Technology Specialist in Systems Administration at Peninsula College. “Going back to school and furthering my education has opened up so many opportunities,” Emma says. “I’m very thankful to the patient and supportive instructors who helped me change my life with a better career.”
